Shipping policy

Artwork review and production

Quotes and artwork are usually reviewed within 1–2 business days. For quoted orders, we confirm pricing and production timing before payment. Production begins only after payment and approval of your production proof.

Orders exceeding 1,000 pieces may require longer production times. If you have a firm deadline, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether it is achievable. Production time and carrier transit time are separate; an estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Sticker and photo print shipping

Eligible sticker and photo print orders qualify for free standard shipping at these thresholds:

  • $75 for delivery within Texas or to APO/FPO addresses.
  • $125 for delivery elsewhere in the United States.

Thresholds use the order subtotal after discounts, before taxes and shipping. Artwork/setup fees count toward the threshold.

Shipping for orders below the free-shipping threshold is shown at checkout or confirmed with your quote.

Banners and mixed orders

Banners are excluded from sticker and photo print free-shipping offers because of their size and packaging requirements. We work with you to find a suitable shipping or pickup option and confirm the cost before you pay for a quoted order.

Banner shipping is confirmed separately for mixed orders, even when the order meets the free-shipping threshold for stickers and photo prints.

Local pickup

Pickup is by appointment in the Azle, Texas area. Yard signs are local pickup only. We will contact you when your order is ready and provide pickup details; please wait for confirmation before traveling.

International orders

Contact us to discuss the destination, available shipping options and cost before placing an international order. The sticker and photo print free-shipping thresholds above apply to eligible U.S. and APO/FPO orders only.

Delivery questions or damage

Check the shipping address before placing your order. Contact us promptly if it needs to change or if a package is delayed or missing.

For visible shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. Keep damaged items and all packaging until the review or any carrier claim is resolved. We cover replacement and shipping for confirmed production defects or damage caused by inadequate packaging by CSC. Carrier mishandling is handled separately through the applicable carrier claim process, with our assistance. See our custom-print reprint and refund policy for more information.
