Made for your order

Our custom products are printed to your artwork and specifications. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on correctly produced custom orders.

Check your proof

Please check artwork, spelling, dimensions, quantities, material, finish and cut choices before approving your production proof. Errors present in the artwork or specifications you approved are not eligible for a free reprint or refund when the product was produced correctly to that approval.

If we produce an order incorrectly, we will review it as a production issue even if you approved the proof.

Production defects or shipping damage

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. For shipping damage, include photos of the packaging and keep it during the review.

We stand behind our work. Once we confirm a production mistake or damage caused by inadequate packaging by Cowtown Sticker Co., we arrange a replacement at no cost to you, including replacement shipping. You do not need to return the affected prints. If a replacement is not the right resolution, we will discuss a refund with you.

Photos help us understand what happened and prevent it from happening again. We aim to resolve problems fairly and in good faith, without making you return prints we cannot reuse.

Damage caused by carrier mishandling, rather than inadequate packaging by CSC, is not covered by our automatic replacement commitment. Contact us so we can help with the applicable carrier claim process. Keep the damaged items and all packaging until any claim is resolved; the carrier may require an inspection.

Cancellations and changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Available options depend on the work already completed and whether production has begun. We will explain any applicable costs before proceeding with an agreed change or cancellation. Once production begins, we may be unable to stop or change the job.

White-mask artwork setup is $20 for the first file needing setup and $5 for each additional file needing setup in the same order. Unchanged reprints of a previously prepared file carry no new setup fee. Include the previous order number and filename so we can verify the prior setup. We can review the file first, but modifications will not begin until the setup invoice is paid.

Prepared artwork on request

On request, we provide a transparent-background PNG of your prepared artwork. Editable source files, production templates and internal production files are not included.
