What happens next?

Artwork review. Quotes and artwork are usually reviewed within 1–2 business days. We contact you if we find a significant artwork or production issue.
Pricing and proof. For quote requests, we confirm pricing and production timing before payment. A customer proof is optional and may extend turnaround.
Production. Production starts after payment and staff production review. If you request a proof, printing waits for your approval. Expect longer production times for orders exceeding 1,000 pieces.
Delivery or pickup. We send shipping information when available or arrange local pickup by appointment. Production time and carrier transit time are separate.

Requested dates require confirmation. Yard signs are local pickup only, even when other items in your request ship.

25 MB maximum per file. PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD and TIFF accepted. Saved progress contains specifications only, expires after 45 days, and does not save your artwork or contact details. For larger files, include a download link in your notes.

Our instructions to your artist

Send your designer this section so we can get your artwork ready with fewer revisions.

Size, resolution, and files

Work at the finished print size. Give each design a name, width, height, and quantity. Aim for 300 PPI at that size for raster images; enlarging a small image does not add detail. Send original AI or print-ready PDF files when available, with fonts outlined and linked images embedded. Keep cut paths on a separate, clearly named layer.

For artwork-shaped stickers, a transparent PNG helps the preview follow the outside of the artwork. Die-cut borders can be black or white and are 0.08 inches wide. Kiss-cut orders use the zero-border option. A round cut may crop artwork near the corners, so check the proof. Yard signs, banners, and photo paper have a white background wherever the artwork does not cover it.

White ink on holographic and glitter vinyl

The material can show through color ink. Use a white-ink underbase wherever you want colors to appear opaque, and leave it out where you want the material effect to show. Ordinary white in a color image does not create a white-ink separation.

In Illustrator, keep the white-ink shapes on a separate layer and apply a spot-color swatch named RDG_WHITE (exact capitalization). Preserve that spot color in the production AI or PDF; do not flatten it into ordinary process colors. Include a reference showing where white ink should print. We will review the separation before production.

A mask for the website preview

Export a separate transparent PNG with exactly the same pixel width, pixel height, and alignment as the color artwork. For this preview file, opaque shapes mark the areas that need white ink; transparent areas leave the material exposed. The shape color is ignored. The cyan overlay shows coverage only. This PNG preview does not replace the production spot-color layer.

Need help preparing the white mask?

White-mask setup is $20 for the first file needing setup and $5 for each additional file in the same order. We can review your file first, but artwork modifications will not begin until your setup fee invoice is paid. A transparent-background PNG of your prepared artwork is available on request; editable source and internal production files are not included. Unchanged reprints of a previously prepared file have no repeat setup fee. Include the previous order number and filename in your design notes and leave new setup unchecked; we will verify the prior setup before invoicing. Describe the areas that should have white underneath and include your name, email, phone number, and best time to contact you. We will confirm the proof and quote before production.
